  These 3 photos from the 22nd Bomb Group,the "Red Raiders", are from a veteran photo album I aquired out of the state of California. Most photos were shot in 1944 till about September of 1945. Note on the last photo the number of bombing missions painted on the fore section, over 100! This is the same bomber that is shown above left here. "Star Eyes", This bomber reported at least 100 missions at the close of the war.
